Classes will be developed with involving didactics, the intensive utilization of new technologies, social networks and other instruments promoting the student’s participation. The youngsters will have access to a broad set of experiences, workshops and laboratories, allowing them to practice knowledge and values.
The Projects for Entrepreneurship start at the High School level. It is also the case of Education for Consumption which starts at the Elementary School and focuses on different productive environments, creates theme workshops for photography, journalism, comics and architecture. In summary, different strategies are used to promote active learning, while still based on the conceptual theory.
Besides the experiences guiding the student’s view to beyond the school’s universe, non-conventional experiences are also planned in the scope of the construction of values in the form of projects related to subjects like sexual education, drug prevention, early pregnancy, bullying, conflict solving, citizenship values, important issues on sustainability and, environmental preservation.
In synthesis, Germinare School will work to form youngsters with a balanced set of knowledge, personal skills, references, experiences, which will allow them to be successful in the way they choose. Although it is not possible to summarize a complex pedagogic proposal, it is possible to say that the pedagogic project has five main goals.
